Question <br /> called for - 5 ayes, Councilman Deborski dissenting. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> POLICE COMMISSION No meeting held - no report. <br /> MUNICIPAL COURT REPORT 128 cases in the amount of $1,052.00. <br /> Councilman King moved that the )luncipal Court <br /> Report be accepted. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Donovan. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> HEALTH OFFICERS REPORT Councilman Jensen moved that the Health Officers <br /> Report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Domenico. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> LURA BOUNDRY Discussion. was held and comment made that LURA <br /> boundry should exclude only Scenic Heights, Bella <br /> Vista, Trailer Park, Wood Brothers, Louisville <br /> North Subdivisions. , remainder of the City to <br /> be included in LURA boundries. <br /> APPROVAL OF BILLS Councilman Jensen moved that the bills be paid <br /> and warrants drawn. Seconded by Councilman Dom- <br /> enico. Question called for. Councilwoman Scholl <br /> requested that the listing on Burroughs Corp. <br /> be changed to read water and sewer receipts. <br /> She also commented that she would like a break- <br /> down on a report of the Humane Officer as to <br /> the amount of time he spends in our City and <br /> mileage. Question called for. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> FBI REPORTS Councilman Deborski moved that City Adminis- <br /> trator Wurl make a listing of the establishments <br /> requesting liquor licenses as to when they have <br /> had FBI reports. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> WATER USAGE Councilman Deborski inquired as to the status <br /> water at the present time. City Administrator <br /> Wurl advised that we are in good shape. <br /> WATER METER ORDINANCE Attorney Morris that he did not have it completed <br /> and it would have it for Tuesday. November 20, <br /> 1973. <br /> ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Domenico moved that the meeting be <br /> adjourned. Seconded by Councilman Jensen. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried. • <br />
