Discussion about whether it is Parks and Recreation s <br /> responsibility to provide the fertilizer at this time, since <br /> the Park has not officially been turned over to Parks and Recre- <br /> ation. A copy of this letter was also given. to Jerry Ring, <br /> and he will contact Mr. Wurl to see if City can do this fer- <br /> tilization, or if a nursery should be contacted to do this work. <br /> MEMORY SQUARE PARK: <br /> Bob Davis of Urban Renewal has suggested the possibility of an <br /> all-purpose court in front of the Convent to Walnut Street, <br /> also providing some additional off-street parking. After <br /> some discussion, it was agreed that this space should be left <br /> as a cul de sac.
