Twin Light, Senor T's. <br /> REPORT SEPARATE FINANCE City Administrator Wurl explained this was a <br /> DEPARTMENT to be a status report as to how to set up the <br /> Finance Department and duties assigned to per- <br /> sonnel. <br /> Mayor Carenci commented he would like to have <br /> a motion to have auditors Alexander Grant and <br /> Charles Hauber check our records to make certain <br /> everything is in order before he goes out of <br /> office. <br /> Councilman King moved that Alexander Grant and <br /> Charles Hauber do our auditing for Council. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Jensen. Motion carried. <br /> APPOINTMENTS TO LIBRARY Councilman Domenico moved that Carolyn Cunning- <br /> BOARD ham be appointed to the Library Board to com- <br /> plete the term of Dolores Forbia - to January <br /> 1, 1977, and that Barbara McDonald be appointed <br /> to the Library Board for a five year term to <br /> January 1, 1979. Seconded by Councilman King. <br /> All in favor.
