Ross <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> In accordance with the provisions of 1963 C.R.S. 130-11-9 <br /> (Supplement of 1971) you are hereby put on notice of the fact that <br /> Ronald C. Ross. 941 Jefferson, Louisville, Colorado, and James 6. <br /> Martin, of the above address, his attorney,are making the following <br /> claim: On or about November 8, 1973. at 941 Jefferson, Louisville, <br /> Colorado, at the approximate hour of 10:00 a.m. the sanitary sewer <br /> belonging to the City of Louisville backed up and caused damage to <br /> Mr. Ross s house in an amount of $1 ,000.00. <br /> The cause of the sewer backing up is due to the negligence of the <br /> City of Louisville, the employees employed by the City to maintain the <br /> sewer, whose names and addresses are unknown at this time. <br /> The statement of the nature and the extent of the injury was to <br /> the furniture, fixtures, clothing, pictures and damage to panelling <br /> in the home of Mr. Ross. <br /> This notice should be presented to the governing board of the <br /> City of Louisville, and we are sending a copy herewith to Mr. Paul <br /> Morris, the attorney representing the City of Louisville. <br /> We are also enclosing an extra copy of this letter for your <br /> insurance carrier if you have one that covers this entity. <br /> Very truly yours, �/ y <br /> JGM:bg James G.
