Cou- cilwoman Dhieux asked what happens if the vehicle is not approved. Mt. Wurl stated that the job would still be available, but there would be no vehicle to pick up the animals. After discussion Councilman Domenico moved that the vehicle for the Code Enforce- ment Officer be accepted. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry no, Scholl yes, Dhieux no. DiCarlo no. Motion defeated. REPORT ON CONSORTIUM MEETING Councilwoman Scholl informed Council that not much was done at the meeting and she felt that more would be accom- plished at the next meeting, when more communities were prepared to make their comments in regards to the Counties proposal. HUTCHINSON STREET SIDEWALK Mr. Wurl stated that this matter had been talked over previously by Council and he recommended tonight that the Council as per Ordinance #382 serve notice by registered nail to owners of the property that they have 30 days in which to construct sidewalk* at their own expense or the City do it and assess the owners. The letter would be mailed around the first part of April.. If the sidewalks were not put in the City would then call for bids. Councilman DiCarlo asked how many residents would be involved. - Mr. White stated about six. The total estimated cost of the project is $3,202.00. Councilwoman Dhieux moved that the City Attorney draft a resolution directing the City Ad- ministrator to notify the people involved. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. SEWER REFUND When Mr. Donovan constructed a dwelling next to his home it was to be a two family dwelling. After it was con- structed it was changed to a one family 4.
