After discussion Council- man DiCarlo withdrew his motion and asked for an investigation to see if there is any possibility that the home could be sold and made again into a two family dwelling by the new owner. Councilwoman Dhieux asked if two sewer taps meant two line were put in. Mr. Wurl stated that on multi-family dwellirgs, each unit must pay the sewer tap fee. BAPTIST CHURCH REPORT The material in the Councils folders in reference to the Baptist Church restoration was an updating of the previous reports. Mr. Reindi had written a letter to the building in- spector stating that he could not meet • the earlier schedule due to illness and bad weather. Mr. Reindi felt the building could be finished in June, 1974. They have proper permits to do the work and has submitted an outline of what was to be done. Councilman DiCarlo asked if a permit was good for only 120 days. Mr. Wurl stated that you could not stop work for a period of 120 days. Councilman DiCarlo asked if there was any penalty for stopping work for this length of time. Mr. Wurl stated that the party would have to purchase a new building permit. Councilwoman Dhieux recommended that . the Building Inspector check this - project out and give reports to the Council periodically. Councilman DiCarlo asked if only the Health and Fire Department could condemn property. Mr. Morris stated that if the building does not conform with the code the building can be tagged as inhabitable until the repairs are made. The Building Inspector is to talk to Mr. Reindi and give him a completion date of June, 1974. 5. •
