Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yea, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE # 438 City Attorney Morris read the modification POLICE PENSION of the Ordinance. Mr. Morris suggested that it be discussed. Councilman DiCarlo suggested that the matter be discussed at the Police Commission meeting on February 27, and have Mr. Morris there to explain the Ordinance. ASSISSTANT CITY ATTORNEY City Attorney Morris recommended that the City hire Mr. Cliff Carney as the assisstant City Attorney to be present on court nights. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Cliff Carney be appointed ma assisstant City Attorney. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. CONTINENTAL VIEW ESTATES Mrs. Betty Livingston wrote a letter to the City requesting that the City serve that area with a one year commit- ment for services to 43 sites with water and sewer as per the City's requirements and regulations. Council- man Berry asked if the pipes that were placed in for BSCS were large enough to include the estate. Mr. Wurl stated that they were adequate and also that there was a pump designed to serve Continental View Estates sitting idol at the moment. Councilman Berry moved that Mr. Vurl be instructed to contact Betty Livingston of Continental View Estates and inform her that the City is capable of serving that property and will consdtr all negotiations. Seconded by Councilwoman Dhieux. Roll call, Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux- yes, .DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. HOUSING AUTHORITY :1r. Lundberg informed Council that Housing Authority had an opening due to Mr. Don- ovens resignation. Mt. Lundberg also asked Council to consider the transfer of money from one item to other items in the budget. Councilwoman Dhieux stated that she would have to review the matter.
