Councilmen Berry moved that • <br /> the report be accepted. Seconded by <br /> Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. Domenico <br /> yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yea, <br /> DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> ORDINANCE # 438 City Attorney Morris read the modification <br /> POLICE PENSION of the Ordinance. Mr. Morris suggested <br /> that it be discussed. Councilman DiCarlo <br /> suggested that the matter be discussed <br /> at the Police Commission meeting on <br /> February 27, and have Mr. Morris there <br /> to explain the Ordinance. <br /> ASSISSTANT CITY ATTORNEY City Attorney Morris recommended that <br /> the City hire Mr. Cliff Carney as the <br /> assisstant City Attorney to be present <br /> on court nights. Councilman DiCarlo <br /> moved that Cliff Carney be appointed ma <br /> assisstant City Attorney. Seconded by <br /> Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> CONTINENTAL VIEW ESTATES Mrs. Betty Livingston wrote a letter <br /> to the City requesting that the City <br /> serve that area with a one year commit- <br /> ment for services to 43 sites with <br /> water and sewer as per the City's <br /> requirements and regulations. Council- <br /> man Berry asked if the pipes that were <br /> placed in for BSCS were large enough to <br /> include the estate. Mr. Wurl stated that <br /> they were adequate and also that there <br /> was a pump designed to serve Continental <br /> View Estates sitting idol at the moment. <br /> Councilman Berry moved that Mr. Vurl be <br /> instructed to contact Betty Livingston <br /> of Continental View Estates and inform <br /> her that the City is capable of serving <br /> that property and will consdtr all <br /> negotiations. Seconded by Councilwoman <br /> Dhieux. Roll call, Domenico yes, Berry <br /> yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux- yes, .DiCarlo yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> HOUSING AUTHORITY :1r. Lundberg informed Council that Housing <br /> Authority had an opening due to Mr. Don- <br /> ovens resignation. Mt. Lundberg also <br /> asked Council to consider the transfer of <br /> money from one item to other items in the <br /> budget. Councilwoman Dhieux stated that <br /> she would have to review the matter. Mr. <br /> Wurl stated that an outline has been made <br /> on this. February 26. a meeting will be <br /> 6. <br />
