Members Present: Also Present : K. Helart S. Ryan Mr. Mike Papini, J. King J. Purcell 1975 president of L. Springer R. Pickett Louisville Midget League Chairman called meeting to order at 7 :30 P.M. Minutes of November 7th meeting were read and approved. COMMUNICATIONS: List of communications were reviewed. Important communications to be discussed later in the meeting. DIRECTOR'S REPORT: 1. Parks and Recreation books will be audited by the end of December. August Hioco is working with city bookkeeper to prepare for this audit. 2. Lane ropes and all other necessary swimming pool equipment must be ordered the first of the year to insure delivery in time for pool opening. Proper purchase order procedure will be followed. 3. Director reports that the first ski session offering did not go well. A second session is being offered to Lake Eldora. Dates are January 4th, 11th, 18th n1 ?5tn, 1975. 4. August reports he has attended P Boulder Recreation Commission trails system meeting where a Louisville, Lafayette and Broomfield bicycle trails system was discussed. A question arose if it is necessary for Louisville to have a separate set of plans. He will attend future planning meetings and report progress. 5. Inquiries as to the status of the proposed North Louisville tennis courts have been received. No further progress to report. 6. Shuffleboard court at Memory Square has been ripped out .
