Helart S. Ryan Mr. Mike Papini, <br /> J. King J. Purcell 1975 president of <br /> L. Springer R. Pickett Louisville Midget League <br /> Chairman called meeting to order at 7 :30 P.M. Minutes of November <br /> 7th meeting were read and approved. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS: <br /> List of communications were reviewed. Important communications to <br /> be discussed later in the meeting. <br /> DIRECTOR'S REPORT: <br /> 1. Parks and Recreation books will be audited by the end of <br /> December. August Hioco is working with city bookkeeper to <br /> prepare for this audit. <br /> 2. Lane ropes and all other necessary swimming pool equipment <br /> must be ordered the first of the year to insure delivery <br /> in time for pool opening. Proper purchase order procedure <br /> will be followed. <br /> 3. Director reports that the first ski session offering did <br /> not go well. A second session is being offered to Lake <br /> Eldora. Dates are January 4th, 11th, 18th n1 ?5tn, 1975. <br /> 4. August reports he has attended P Boulder Recreation Commission <br /> trails system meeting where a Louisville, Lafayette and <br /> Broomfield bicycle trails system was discussed. A question <br /> arose if it is necessary for Louisville to have a separate <br /> set of plans. He will attend future planning meetings and <br /> report progress. <br /> 5. Inquiries as to the status of the proposed North Louisville <br /> tennis courts have been received. No further progress to <br /> report. <br /> 6. Shuffleboard court at Memory Square has been ripped out . <br /> Further action will not be requested until warmer weather <br /> seta in. <br /> 7 .
