AMENDED PLAT OF PAUWOOD FILING 110.2
Chairman Sneddon declared the Public Hearing opened.
Mr. Sam Baiter made the Wood Bros. presentation for Parkwood tiling
No. 2. Mr. Baiter noted the changes in the Plat. He explained that
the plat has been revised to create fewer lots to provide for the
construction of larger homes. Four lots were omitted from the previous
plat to accomplish this. The cul-de-sac, on the west side, was added
out of park designated property in exchange for the Wood Droll'. pur-
chase of the Patete and Herpel lots, located at the intersection of
Lincoln Avenue and Griffith Street. The Patete and Herpel ties
when purchased, will correct the drainage problem in the ivision.
Mr. Hefter explained that when the lots are purchased and correction
is made to the drainage system, Wood Bros. will deed the two hots to
the City as park land.
Howard Berry asked if the purchase of the two lots, for drainage
purposes, has been completed.
Mr. Reiter stated that it hasn't been completed. He explained that
the check for the Patete property is being held in trust by City
Administrator Wurl, and that the check and closing documents on the
Herpel lot are complete and shall be exeoutec as soon as a closing
date can be established.
