The <br /> motion was seconded by Bob Milker. <br /> Question OD the motion: Howard Berry asked if the drainage could be <br /> achieved without the hterpel property. <br /> Mr. Reiter explained that the effect would not be as planned but the <br /> drainage could be achieved with only the Patete lot. Mr. Reiter added <br /> that Mr. Patete has agreed to sell and Mr. Rerpel has verbally agreed <br /> to sell. Mr. Baiter stated that the City still has the option of <br /> condemnation. <br /> The notion on Resolution No. 19, Series 1976, carried. <br /> Howard Berry asked that City staff report the disposition of the <br /> drainage in Parkwood to the City Council when the matter comes before <br /> that board. <br /> • <br />
