S. KAM'S COUNTRY EITCHU Mr. Wurl informed Council that the LIQUOR LIMBS application And information was la order. Mayor 'fasohak opened the public hearing. There were no comments and the public hearing was closed. Councilman DiCarlo asked if the rest- room facilities were going to be im- proved. Mr. Mulholland stated that the restroom is only for one person at a time and also locks from the inside. He stated that in talking with the state, Mr. Berry stated that if it was passed by the Board of Health it would be adequate. Councilman Domenico asked if the 3.2 beer would be served or carry out Mr. Vulbolland stated that ten license was not for 3.2% beer but a regular restaurant license. Council stated that it was published as 3.2%. In checking the paper, Mr. 'furl reported that the public notice was not published as 9.2%, but • regular license; therefore there were no problems. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the liquor license be approved subject to notices forwarded by FBI. Seconded by Council- man DiLorenzo. Roll call. Domenico yes, Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes, DelPizzo yes, McDonald yea, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. Councilman Caranci requested that a re- port from the Health Department be sub- mitted to Council for the file. LIBRARY BOARD Mr. Jun stated that it was the Boards APPOINTINT request that Mrs. Beatrice Wilson be appointed to the Library Board for a five year term beginning January 1, 1977. Councilman Caranci moved that Mrs. Wilson be appointed to the Library Board for a 5 year term. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Motion carried. AUDIENCE COMMENTS LURA REQUEST Dennis Lundberg requested a work session between LURA and City Council, without staff, to discuss the reorganization. Mayor Waschak scheduled the meeting for December 27, 1976 at 7:00 P.M. , in the City Hall Council Chambers.
