Seconded by Councilman <br /> McDonald. Motion carried. <br /> Mayor tascbak stated that someone <br /> should be appointed to the position <br /> temporarily. <br /> Councilman McDonald moved that Bruce <br /> Joss be appointed as acting City <br /> Attorney temporarily until the <br /> official appointment is made. <br /> Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. <br /> Percy Conarroe stated that Council <br /> should consider the fact that Mr. Joss <br /> is attorney for E. P. I. in the case <br /> with Alex Domenico which the City has <br /> been involved in; as there may be a <br /> conflict. He did not feel this good policy. <br /> Council stated that Kr. Joss would have <br /> to give up his interests that conflict <br /> with the City. <br /> Also, Mr. Jose will not act as Prosecuting <br /> Attorney with the City; Mi•.
