Mr. purl replied that last year the fire department was reimbursed $400 for in- surance costs, this year the bill is $230 more without any confrontation with the City. Kr. Purl stated that he is checking to make sure the policies are not giving double coverage through State Compensation. Be stated that be felt that State Comp. covered them in all ways necessary under the department and wanted to view a copy of their policy whict be has not received. TREE BRANCHES Mayor paschak requested that the Code Enforcer be asked to check for low tree limbs over the sidewalks as they are dangerous and should be taken care of. Councilman Domenico moved that the Coun- cil comments and reports be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Motion carried. COURT REPORT Councilman DiCarlo moved that the court report totalling $567 for January, 1977, be accepted. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried. HEALTH OFFICERS REPORT Councilman McDonald moved that Mr. Wurl speak with the Health Officer re- garding the County taking over the func- tions. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. APPROVAL OF BILLS Treasurer Hesson read bills totalling $145,444.78. It was noted that the following bills were out of the 1976 budget. Fire Dept. $6,734.32 Parks & Rec. (Lsvl . Elec. ) 9,375.00 Vranesh is Musick 670.02 Planning -Drumm 1 624.55 $19,403.89 Councilman DiCarlo moved that the bill be approved and paid. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Motion carried.
