Roll <br /> call - Caranci yes, McDonald yea, DiCarlo <br /> yes, Domenico yes, DelPizzo yes, DiLorenzo <br /> yes. Motion carried. <br /> WARREN WARD <br /> Charles Cox of Boulder, a realtor, stated <br /> ANNEXATION AN REQUEST that Mr. Warren Ward owned 80 acres <br /> southeast of Louisville and is surrounded <br /> on the west, south and east by industrial <br /> zoning and on the north by agricultural <br /> zoning. <br /> Mr. Cox stated that Mr. Wards property is <br /> on the market; however, he would like to <br /> have it annexed and zoned industrial. <br /> It is not undermined and does not have <br /> the subsidence hazard. <br /> -2- <br />
