COMPREHENSIVE PLAN Dennis Drumm stated that all the amendments AMENDMENT that were made did not make any changes is the policy relating to the growth, development pattern or anything of this matter. He stated that there were some changes made pertaining to the geologic hazard areas. on subsidence. He noted the changes that were mane on the flood hazard areas. Mr. Drumm stated that the update is not dated and some of the test has been changed. Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the Comprehen- sive Plan Update be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. CIRCULATION PLAN Mr. Drum stated that Mr. furl had written BOULDER COUNTY a letter to Boulder County Public Works and he would like to discuss the letter and • map showing the new plan. Regarding the 987 by-pass, Mr. Drum stated, the City agreed with the concept of the by- pass, the general alignment, but disagreed with the alignment south of Highway 42. Se noted the City's planned alignment. On South 98th St. , the County has it as an arterial street down to Dillon Road, a col- lector close to the turnpike. Mr. Drums stated that staff has agreed with the north designation as arterial, but do not agree with everything south of that. Staff feels it should remain arterial and tie into an interchange with the turnpike. South 80th Street - County shows it coming down to the Superior interchange, the staff noted that it was inconsistent with the City's plan as they show it curving to the east. Dillon Road - Mr. Drumm stated that the old plan had Dillon Road going down towards 88th Street, as being straightened out; the new plan shows the bend continuing to exist; this was brought to their attention. Mr. Drumm noted the minor discrepancies on Pine Street and Via Appia.
