CITY AXtWII SPRATOR REPORT BY THE CITY ENGIN R 208 WASTE WATER Engineer White informed Council that a MANAGEMENT meeting has been scheduled with DRCOG members and all other entities within the Coal Creek Basin for March 22, at City Hall to discuss the Coal Creek Basins thoughts about managing the 208 Water Quality Program. WATER CONSERVATION There was no report on the Water Con- REPORT servation plans. CORRESPONDENCE Engineer Whit, reviewed the correspondence. Councilmen DiLorenzo moved that the City Administrators report as given by Engineer White be approved and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. COUNCIL COMMENTS A COMMITTEE REPORTS Councilman DiCarlo informed Council that there will be a letter of resignation from Jake Thomas due to personal reasons, which will need to be accepted by Council WATER TANK REPORT Engineer White stated that the water tank is scheduled to be filled on April 9, 1977. • LOHC RANGE PLANNING Councilman DiLorenzo stated that the County Planning Commission did go with the City of Louisville on the alignment of Highway #287. COURT RECORDS Councilman Domenico stated that he has had requests from some people that minutes of the Court proceedings be kept. Council discussed the possibility of the Court of Record procedure. Councilman Domenico moved that recorded minutes of court proceedings be kept. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll
