Councilman DiCarlo then moved that the Ordinance #532 be tabled until the next meeting. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Roll call. Domenico no, DiLorenso no, Caranci no, DelPizzo yes, McDonald es, DiCarlo yes. Tie vote Mayor Waschak voted no defeating the move to table. Councilman.Caranci moved that Ordinance #532 be ordered published and that the public hearing be set for 4-19-77. Seconded by Councilmen DiLortnzo. Roll call. McDonald yes, Dilorenzo yes, DiCarlo no, DelPizzo no, Caranci yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE #533 All members of Council had before them a ANNEXATION - SEWER copy of Ordinance #533 for review and PLANT PROPERTY files. Attorney Joss read the ordinance by title only stating that this deals with the annexation of the property acquired through condemnation from Mayhoffer. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance 533 be ordered published. Seconded by McDonald. There were no remarks; all in favor - Motion carried, ORDIANNCE #534 All members had with them a copy of ZONING OF SEWER PLANT Ordinance #534 for review and file. • Attorney Joss stated that this set up the zoning of the property at the sewer plant. Councilman McDonald moved that the Ordinance #534 be ordered ublished. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Note was made that there is 24.9 acres involved. All in favor - Motion carried.
