t . • • c'_ =Kw DING WUISVZLLE CXTZ COUNCIL APR= ft 1,77 ---- . --- Mayor Waachak called the resting to order at 7:30 P.Y. with the follow- ing Council members present: Domenico, Morena*, Ceranoi, DiCarlo De1Pisao, and McDonald. Others present: City Administrator Marl, City Attorney Joss, City Engineer White, City Planner Drumm, City Clerk Santilii. Absent: City Treasurer Neiman. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waachak and council approved the minutes of the April S, 1977, .:ouncil meeting as presented. CODICIL ITEMS DOMINOS LIQUOR LICENSE Steve Anderson, representing the parties involved gave the layout of the restaurant and bar, stating that everything is in order as far as the license appliation was concerned. After the presentation Mayor Waschak opened the public bearing. There were no comments for or against the application. The pub- lic hearing was closed and comments were made by Council. . Councilman Caranci asked if all bills were paid up to date. City Clerk Santilli stated that the water bill was in the rears about ;100 which was carried on the books since the Three Coins restaurant closed down. Mr. Wurl stated that the bill is the re- sponsibility of the owner of the property. Mr. Anderson stated that he would get with the owner, Mr. Markel and have the bill settled by the end of the week. After discussion Councilman Caranci moved that the liquor license be approved. Se- conded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Councilman DiCarlo then moved to amend the motion that the liqour license be granted pending payment of the delinquent water bill. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. lotion carried. Roll call vote was then taken on the motion to approve the license pending the payment of the bill. Domenico yes, McDonald yes, Caranci yes, DelPizzo yea, DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo yes. Motion carried. LIBRARY AGREEMENT Mr. Wurl stated that in order to get the County grant money for the library the City needs to sign an agreement with the County. Councilman McDonald moved that the Mayor be authorised to sign the agreement for the library grant. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried.
