Parking Bequest - Mr. Drumm stated <br /> that it was Planning Commissions reco.- <br /> mendation that the parking be allowed on <br /> the streets. <br /> Councilman Caranci moved that the Planning <br /> Commission recommendation on the parking <br /> for Ponderosa Associates be accepted. <br /> Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> 2. Special Review Use - Councilman DiCarlo <br /> moved that Council accept the Planning <br /> Commission recommendation and not bring the <br /> Ponderosa request up for special review. <br /> Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> AUDIENCE COMMENTS There were no comments from the audience. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY REPORT Councilman McDonald moved that all ordinances <br /> C be read by title only. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> Attorney Jose stated that the reason for <br /> the motion was that the state statutes were <br /> vague as to the procedure of reading the <br /> entire ordinances. <br /> ORDINANCE #534 <br /> ZONING OF SEWER PLANT All members of Council had before them a <br /> copy of Ord. #534 for review and files. <br /> Attorney Jose stated that this ordinance <br /> dealt with the zoning of the sewer plant. <br /> The ordinance was read on first reading by <br /> title only. Councilman DelPizzo moved that <br /> Ordinance #534 be ordered published and <br /> the public hearing be set for May 17, 1977. <br /> Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> ORDINANCE 0542 All members of Council had before them a <br /> U11IlOM TIRE CODE copy of Ord. #542 for review and files. <br /> 1976 EDITtOd Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first <br /> reading by title only. Councilman DiCarlo <br /> moved that Ord. #549 be ordered published <br /> and a public hearing be scheduled for <br /> • <br /> May 17, 1977. Seconded by Councilman <br /> DelPizzo.
