Councilman <br /> Caranci moved that the report be accepted <br /> and placed on file. Seconded by Council- <br /> man DiLorenzo. Motion carried. <br /> ADJOURNMENT Councilman DiCarlo moved that the meeting <br /> be adjourned. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Caranci. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned <br /> at 9:45 P.M. <br />
