August 16, 1977 410 IIM Minutes page 7 PUBLIC OFFICIAL Mr. Wurl stated that the City has received LIA3ILITY INS. a quote on the liability insurance Which would cover the persons in case of a law suit with the individual named personally. Council asked if it was definately necessary to begin at this time or if the matter could be taken care of at the beginning of the next year. Mr. Wurl felt it very important to be ob- tained at this time. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the liability insurance be purchased by the City. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call Dhieux yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, DiLorenzo yes, Caranci yes. Motion carried. The insurance will cover elected officials all department heads, including the city administrator. WOOD BROS. FILING #5 Mr. Wurl stated that Wood Bros. would like PARKWOOD to amend there plans for high density to 45 single family units. It has been pre- sented to Planning Commission who have set a public hearing on the issue. CORRESPONDENCE Mr. Wurl reviewed the correspondence. Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the City Administrators report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. COUNCIL COMMENTS & Vivian Dheiux thanked council and stated that. COMMITTEE REPORTS she will work very hard. She stated that the reason she had abstained on several issues was because of the time framing. Mayor Waschak stated that he would like to have Councilman Dhiiux take over the duties of the old Councilman; which included re- presenting Louisville at the Consortium of City's and the finance committee and any other she was on. CEMETERY Councilman DelPizzo asked if anything has been done with the cemetery problem. Mr. Wurl stated that Mrs. McDonald and himself were going to have a meeting to get the matter resolved.
