• A RGUMR MEETING _ - JDUI$PILLE CITY COUNCIL SIMMER b. 1977_- - Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order with the following Councilmembers present: snap, Caranci, DiCarlo, Dbieut, and DelPizzo. Absent: Councilman Domenico. Others present: City Ad- ministrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm, City Trea- surer Hasson and City Clerk Santilli. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor and Coucil approvedothe minutes t of the August 18, 19 meeting as presented. COUNCIL ITEMS KENNETH DUKES CONSTRUCTION Councilman Caranci moved that pay #1 PAY - SEWER PLANT estimate #1 in the amount of 425,200 be made to Kenneth Dukes Construction Co. , for work at the sewer plait. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenso. Roll call. DiCarlo yes, DelPizto yes Dhieux yes, DiLoranzo yes, Caranci yes. Motion carried. SPECIAL REVIEW USE Mike Jenkins, the applicant, stated 701 GRANT AVE. that he felt it might be best to with- draw the request as there are some things that were brought out at the Planning Commission meeting that he would 11k* to work at and gat the prob- lems resolved. it was noted that Planning Commission recommended to deny the request. After comments, Mr. Jenkins withdrew his request for • special review use at this time. HILLSBOROUGH WEST FINAL Councilman Caranci moved that Council PLAT & P.U.D. take the recommendation of the Planning Commission and accept the Hillsborough West final Plat and Y.U.D. Seconded by Councilman Dilorenso. Attorney Joss read Resolution #8, Series 1977, pertaining the accepting of it. Roll call vote was taken; DelPizzo yes, Dhieux yes, Caranci yes, DtLorenso yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. AUDIENCE COMMENTS John Hartnagle informed Council that he had 174 shares of Goodhue water for sal.. Mayor Waschak requested that he meet with Mr. Wurl tomorrow to discuss the matter.
