Mr. Pache is proposing tq construct a appliance store primari- <br /> ly dealing in sales and service. Plans provide for a_ 4200 sq. ft . <br /> structure an 9 parking spaces. Additional dicing could be accomo- <br /> dated. Mr. Drumm reviewed a reviewed plan wk h illustrated the land- <br /> scaping and the adequacy of curb with with 7-11 curb cut. He <br /> noted that a minor change in submission fo ( must be accomplished <br /> in accordance with City requirements. Exte or design will be com- <br /> patible with the 7-11 structure. <br /> Vice-chairwoman Dhieux asked for public inp from those in attendance. - <br /> There were no comments . T <br /> y <br /> Vice-chairwoman Dheiux then asked for publlc. input from those in <br /> the audience opposed to the application. <br /> I ' <br /> Mr. Terry Grail, Coal Creek Junction Restau rt owner, asked if <br /> the applicant has proposed a sign for the appliance store. He <br /> explained that he has ordered a sign for the restaurant to be <br /> placed at the entrance and noted his concern relative to the <br /> placement of the appliance store sign. - <br /> - i <br /> Mr. Drumm stated that the appliance store w111 have a separate <br /> entrance and would not utilize the restauran't's entrance. <br /> As there were no other comments , Vice-chat n Dhieux declared the <br /> public hearing closed. <br /> COMMISSION COMMENT ■ • <br /> • <br /> c;ary Carnival asked if the east and south a Ovation of the building <br /> be of brick. <br /> Jerry Packe commented. that as there is no x dicta commitment to <br /> further development. he would rather not br the east and south elevation <br /> Bill Arnold, A & B Company, commented that. & B Company does have <br /> some preliminary plans for further develo t in the subdivision <br /> and that it was their desire that the south levation be of brick. <br /> Mr. Arnold stated that an office building .ini now in the planning <br /> stages. • . - <br /> It was noted that the 7-11 Store was requir to brick the south <br /> wall of their building. <br /> 2. <br />
