• <br /> • • <br /> • <br /> Minutes of Planning Couaiasion - Feb. 14 1978 <br /> it <br /> GOAL CREEE STATIOti FILING NO 2 - PUBLIC HEAR/MC CONT'h <br /> After considerable discussion regarding the bricking of the east <br /> and south elevation of the proposed building and PU) site plan, <br /> Planning omission Resolution Mo. 2, Series 1978 was read by <br /> City Planner Drumm. <br /> Contingencies to Resolution No.2, Series 1978 are as follows: <br /> 1. The subdivider enters into a Subdivision Agreement with the City <br /> pursuant to Article 16.12. 100 of the Louisville Municipal Code. <br /> 2. All exterior walls of the structure shall be brick, plant material <br /> screeing of said walls may be deleted. <br /> 3. The plat is revised to show the joint access easement. <br /> 4. Minor changes in subdivision format will be accomplished in <br /> accordance with City requirements. <br /> Gary Carnival moved that Planning Commission Resolution No. 2, Series <br /> 1978 be adopted with all contingencies. The motion was seconded <br /> by Dennis Ferrera. <br /> Roll Call Vote: Carnival - yes, Connors - yes, Berry - yes. Ferrera - <br /> yes, Toledo - yes, Dhieux - yes. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> FANTASY LAND SPECIAL REVIEW USE <br /> City Planner Drumm stated that the present owner of Fantasy Land <br /> believes the restriction placed on the unloading of children in the <br /> initial special review use permit have proven to be detrimental to <br /> the facility's operation. <br /> Mr. Drumm stated that due to the nature of the request, Staff believes <br /> Commission can approve such an amendment without holding a public <br /> hearing. <br /> Ms. Elizabeth Avore, owner of Fantasy Land, was present to review <br /> the problem for Commission's consideration. She stated that the <br /> allay unloading forces parents and children to walk through the <br /> icy, unlit alley and the police will not allow temporary parking <br /> in the alley. P.s. Avore stated that she is concerned as to the <br /> safety of the children and the mothers, some of them are pregnant. <br /> She also stated that she is the only business on Main street which <br /> is restricted to off-street parking for her clientele. <br /> 3. <br />
