411 • <br /> Planning Commission Minutes - T ream 14, 1978 <br /> LA MM= NORTH TRACT "9" PRLIMINARY PLAT AND PAID PLAN (CONT'D) <br /> As there were no further comments, Gary Carnival moved that the <br /> Planning Commission set public hearing to consider Louisville <br /> North Tract "G" Preliminary Flit and PUD Plan for March 14, 1978 <br /> at 7:30 P.M. The motion was seconded by Mae Toledo. The motion <br /> carried. <br /> COMMISSION COMMENT <br /> Vivian Dhieux reported that the Boulder County Open Space public <br /> hearing have been scheduled in March. Mrs . Dhieux stated that <br /> the County proposes to instigate a tax to derive revenues for <br /> the purchase land for open space. Mrs. Dhieux urged Commission <br /> to review this matter. <br /> City Planner Drumm stated that staff will further research the matter <br /> and present an analysis for Council and Commission review. <br /> STAFF REPORTS <br /> City Planner Drumm requested that the Planning Commission to schedule <br /> Special Meeting to review zoning amendments. Mr. Drumm reviewed the <br /> zoning map to illustrate the necessary changes. Mr. Drumm noted <br /> that there have been requests that the City of Louisville amend the <br /> Ordinance restricting gas and oil drilling. Boulder County would <br /> prefer that Louisville regulate drilling. The zoning ordinance <br /> would have to be amended to permit drilling as a review use in the <br /> agricultural zone. <br /> Vice-chairwoman declared that the Planning Commission will schedule <br /> a public hearing at a special meeting on March 28, 1978 at 7: 30 P.M. , <br /> to consider zoning amendments. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Being no further business, Gary Carnival moved for adjournment. The <br /> motion was seconded by Howard Berry. The motion carried. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 10 :00 P.M. <br /> 7. <br />
