410 411 <br /> Minutes of 4 7m 8 <br /> COAL Mg STATION, JUNCTION AREA FINAL PUD PLAN • <br /> Mr. Harris stated that the buildings will all be of frame construction <br /> with suitable wood siding and with shake roovss. The design will be <br /> Victorian. <br /> Mr. Harris noted that there is a deficiency in parking spaces; however <br /> at this time it is hard to determine what the actual usage will be <br /> As there was no further comment, Bob Connors moved that the Planning <br /> Commission set a public hearing to consider the Coal Creek Station, <br /> Junction Area Final PUD Plan for March 14, 1978 at 7:30 P.H. The <br /> motion was seconded by Gary Carnival. <br /> Roll Call Vote: Berry - yes, Connors - yes, Toledo - yes, Carnival - <br /> yes, Dhieux - yes. Ferrera - yes. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. <br /> DAVIS SPECIAL REVIEW USE <br /> Jerry Davis, owner of Jerry's Auto Sales, 611 Front Street was present <br /> to review his request that his special review use be amended to permit <br /> construction of a structure for the cleaning and repairing of his used <br /> cars. The structure will be 26' X 26' , will have a restroom, and <br /> forced air gas heater. Mr. Davis stated that he will be the sole <br /> contractor. Mr. Davis noted that the structure will be built to com- <br /> patible with the existing building and will meet all State and City <br /> standards. <br /> Bob Connors asked if the proposal met with City standards. <br /> Dennis Drumm stated that staff is working with Mr. Davis to acquire <br /> some items such as bumper stops for the cars, sidewalk and landscaping <br /> improvements . <br /> Mrs. Dhieux asked if the addition met with the property owners approval. <br /> Mr. Davis stated that the owner did agree with the addition. <br /> Being no further comment, Howard Berry moved that the Planning Commis- <br /> sion set a public hearing to review the Davis Special Review for <br /> March 14, 1978 at 7: 30. The motion was seconded by Bob Connors , <br /> The motion carried. <br /> LOUISVIL .E NORTH TRACT "G" PRELIMINARY PLAT AND PUD PLAN <br /> City Planner Drumm explained that the applicant, Ray Shelton, was <br /> unable to be present to review his proposal due to a prior commitment. <br /> Mr. Drumm asked Commission's permission to make the presentation. <br /> Mr. Drumm explained that the developer plans to develop lots. They <br /> will install the streets, water and sewer lines and sell individual <br /> lots for duplex. or triplexes. Mr. Drumm stated that it does conform <br /> to City standards and policies. <br /> 6 . <br />
