Motion carried. ORDINANCE #577 , Attorney Joss stated that all ANNEXATION MESA POINT notices have been made and that= ADOPTION was second reading and public hearing. He read the ordinance on second reading by title onl . Mayor Wasch % opened the public hearing. Mr. Don Shonkweiler, planner for the annexation briefly reviewed the area up for annexation. He stated that the amount of houses has been dropped from 138 units to 132. Streets have been realised and the major entry to the project has been moved west. He stated that the total density of the project is 2.7 per acre. After his presentation Planner Drumm gave a report from the different agencies, i.e. schools, regional planning, etc. He stated that Planning Commission has recommended that Council approve the annexation and zoning of Mesa Point. With no other comments, Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance #577 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call. Caranci no Meier yes, Bilker no DelPizzo yes, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE #578 Attorney loss read Ordinance #578 on ZONING MESA POINT second reading by title only. He ADOPTION stated that notice were all properly made. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. Mr. Shonkweiler pointed out the areas of low density and high density. There were no comments for or against the ordinance. Discussion wow turned over to Council. Councilman Caranci stated that at the last meeting he had the impression that the City on a safe water yield could not handle this annexation, and this annexation would be tabled until the City knew how much water they would be getting from the diversion. Mr. Wurl reviewed the water figures which showed that the City had the necessary water to supply the annexation, .
