He stated that the <br /> amount of houses has been dropped from <br /> 138 units to 132. Streets have been <br /> realised and the major entry to the <br /> project has been moved west. He stated <br /> that the total density of the project <br /> is 2.7 per acre. After his presentation <br /> Planner Drumm gave a report from the <br /> different agencies, i.e. schools, <br /> regional planning, etc. <br /> He stated that Planning Commission has <br /> recommended that Council approve the <br /> annexation and zoning of Mesa Point. <br /> With no other comments, Councilman <br /> DiCarlo moved that Ordinance #577 be <br /> adopted. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br /> Roll call. Caranci no Meier yes, <br /> Bilker no DelPizzo yes, DiLorenzo yes, <br /> DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> ORDINANCE #578 Attorney loss read Ordinance #578 on <br /> ZONING MESA POINT second reading by title only. He <br /> ADOPTION stated that notice were all properly <br /> made. <br /> Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br /> Mr. Shonkweiler pointed out the areas <br /> of low density and high density. <br /> There were no comments for or against <br /> the ordinance. Discussion wow turned <br /> over to Council. <br /> Councilman Caranci stated that at the <br /> last meeting he had the impression that <br /> the City on a safe water yield could <br /> not handle this annexation, and this <br /> annexation would be tabled until the <br /> City knew how much water they would <br /> be getting from the diversion. <br /> Mr. Wurl reviewed the water figures <br /> which showed that the City had the <br /> necessary water to supply the annexation, . <br />
