Minutes - page 2 <br /> SO <br /> TRIP CONTINUED Mr. Denson passed out an information <br /> sheet and requested that Council re- <br /> view it and take a position on the <br /> issue prior to the May 9, election. <br /> Mayor Waschak requested that Inc. Hanson <br /> be present at the next meeting to <br /> discuss the issue with Council, should <br /> they have any questions. <br /> MC WILLIAMS SHEETMETAL Engineer Jicinsky stated that Mel. Stephan <br /> PAY ESTIMATE-FINAL made the final inspection on the building <br /> and recommended approval of payment. <br /> Councilman Caranci moved that the final <br /> payment in the amount of $686.30, be <br /> made to McWilliams Sheet Metal. Seconded <br /> by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call. <br /> Meier yes, Kilker yes, Caranci yes, <br /> DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION #10 Mr. Bill Arnold, gave a brief presenta- <br /> COAL CREEK STATION tion of the plans for the development <br /> FINAL P.U.D. & PLAN of 4 acres with professional buildings <br /> and a medical building. He stated that <br /> the buildings would follow the Victorian <br /> style of wood buildings. <br /> Mr. Arnold stated that they would like <br /> to work with the staff on locating the <br /> water line now existing. <br /> Councilman DelPizzo stated that he was <br /> in favor of the development, but did not <br /> like the idea of wood buildings, and <br /> thought that all new buildings had to <br /> be masonry. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo stated that in re- <br /> ference to the 7-11 store, their pro- <br /> posal was for brick and Planning Com- <br /> mission requested that since three <br /> sides were to be brick that the fourth <br /> side be made of brick also. <br /> Planner Drumm stated that the City has <br /> no regulations pertaining to the materials <br /> used for the building of a structure. <br /> After discussion City Administrator Wurl <br /> read resolution #10, Councilman Meier <br /> moved that Resolution #10, Series 1978 <br /> be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Caranci. Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION #12 Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolution <br /> JERRY DAVIS #12, Series 1978, be adopted. Seconded <br /> SPECIAL REVIEW USE by Councilman DiCarlo. Administrator <br /> Wurl read the Resolution. <br /> All voted in favor, motion carried. <br />
