Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br /> GROUND BREAKING Mr. Wurl reminded Council that April 8, 1978, <br /> CEREMONY is the ground breaking ceremony for the <br /> new elderly housing project. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br /> Administrators report be accepted and <br /> placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Meier. Motion carried. <br /> C=''ICIL COMMENTS S <br /> CO!'4:TTEE REPORTS <br /> TRAS- OF SUBDIVISIOIS Councilman DelPizzo stated that he would <br /> like to have the City inform the developers <br /> to pick up all their scrap materials be- <br /> cause when the wind blows the trash flies <br /> all over the City. <br /> He suggested that if they do not comply, <br /> then the crew pick up the trash around the <br /> City and bill the developer. <br /> E . F. INDUSTRIES Councilman DiCarlo stated that the last <br /> BLASTING time E.F. I . blasted in the county, we re- <br /> quested that it be discontinued and they <br /> stated that if it was a nuisance then it <br /> would be stopped. He stated that last week <br /> they blasted again . <br /> Councilman DiCarlo stated that the City should <br /> nutify the sheriffs department and the com- <br /> pany to have them stop the blasting. <br /> Mr. Wurl stated that he has talked with the <br /> County Planning Dept. and they were going to <br /> check the matter out since it is against <br /> the County Zoning Ordinance. <br />
