Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Attorney' s report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried. CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT GROUND BREAKING Mr. Wurl reminded Council that April 8, 1978, CEREMONY is the ground breaking ceremony for the new elderly housing project. CORRESPONDENCE Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Administrators report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. C=''ICIL COMMENTS S CO!'4:TTEE REPORTS TRAS- OF SUBDIVISIOIS Councilman DelPizzo stated that he would like to have the City inform the developers to pick up all their scrap materials be- cause when the wind blows the trash flies all over the City. He suggested that if they do not comply, then the crew pick up the trash around the City and bill the developer. E . F. INDUSTRIES Councilman DiCarlo stated that the last BLASTING time E.F. I . blasted in the county, we re- quested that it be discontinued and they stated that if it was a nuisance then it would be stopped. He stated that last week they blasted again . Councilman DiCarlo stated that the City should nutify the sheriffs department and the com- pany to have them stop the blasting. Mr. Wurl stated that he has talked with the County Planning Dept. and they were going to check the matter out since it is against the County Zoning Ordinance.
