She also stated that she <br /> was not happy with the police records. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo stated that he was con- <br /> cerned with one remark in the police report <br /> where the bar tender told a party to go <br /> into the back room for a drink if he wanted <br /> one. Councilman DiCarlo stated that when <br /> it is clos4ng time there should not be any <br /> more alcohol served. <br /> Councilman Kilker stated that he was not <br /> happy with all of the reports for the year <br /> and recommended that the owners have better <br /> control . <br /> Councilman Meier stated that it is possible <br /> for Council to call for a hearing to re- <br /> voke the liquor license when there are prob- <br /> lems involved and recommended that the <br /> owners work at controlling the disturbances. <br /> After comments roll call vote was taken on <br /> the approval of the Track Inn liquor license <br /> renewal . <br /> Meier no, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes , Caranci <br /> yes . DelPizzo yes , Kilker yes. Motion carried. <br /> FOSTER, DANILOFF , SANTILLI , Councilman DiCarlo moved that the request <br /> EBERS & KING ANNEXATION for annexation of the Foster, King, Ebers , <br /> REQUEST Daniloff and Santilli properties be referred <br /> to the Planning Commission for their review <br /> alit. SecondeJ by Counc ; lffian DiLorenza. <br /> Motion carried. The matter will be on the <br /> April 11 agenda for Planning Commission <br />
