. 1111 Rescheduled Netting Louisville City Council June 27, 1978 PACE 6 CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: Attorney Joss requested that Council table this ORDINANICE #594 ordinance, the public hearing has been advertised Energy Standards, 2nd Reading for July 6, 1978 instead of June 27, 1978, there- Public Hearing fore he requested the public hearing be held July 12, 1978. ORDINANCE NO. 595 Attorney Joss brought Council 's attention to the CARANCI ANNEXATION map each of them had and explained the property 2nd Reading, Public Hearing was bounded on the north and west by the Mesa Point Subdivision, on the east by the Hocheder property and abutted South Boulder Road. Notices had been published in the Louisville Times May 25 and June 1, 1978. He then read the ordinance by title only, and brought Council 's attention to Resolution #14, Series 1978 by the Planning Commission which recommended approval of the annexation of 20.3 acres. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing, there was no one in the audience to speak for or against the ordinance. Councilman Meier remarked that he was concerned that Mr. Carancf was not present even though he lived in Estes Park. Administrator hurl stated he surmised since the land was being zoned agricultural he had no plans for development at this time. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance f595 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll Call vote: DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Caranci yes, Meier yes, DiLorenzo yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE #596 Attorney Joss presented the ordinance by title only Caranci Zoning, 2nd reading zoning the property agricultural. Ordinance published Public Hearing in the Louisville Times May 25 and June 1, 1978. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. There was no one in the audience to support or oppose the ordi- nance. Councilman Kilker moved that Ordinance #595 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DelPlzzo. Roll call vote: DiLorenzo yes, Meier yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, DelPizzo, yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE #598 Published in entirety in the Lousiville Times June 8, High Wind Fence, 2nd reading 1978. Attorney Joss read the ordinance by title only. Councilman Meier •^oved that Ordinance #598 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Council- man Meier remarked that the ordinance pertained more to the solid construction of fences so that they are not blown down by strong winds and become unsightly. Roll call vote: Caranci yes, Kilker yes, DelPizzo, no, Meier yes, DiLorenzo yes. Motion carried.
