ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the January 2, 1979, meeting as presented. ENCLOSURERS Councilman DiCarlo moved that the en- closurers be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman Maier. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS PLANNING COMMISSIONN Mr. Wurl reported that there were eight VACANCY - APPOINTMENT persons interested in the Planning Commission vacancy; Bob Hinsber ,er, Barbara McDonald, Eugene Caranci, Sally Collins, Renee Henry, Alan Kenney, Douglas Stelling and Myles Dresslove. Councilman Meier nominated Douglas Stalling and Councilmen Caranci nominated Eugene Caranci. With no other nominations a secret ballot was cast by Council, with the following count: Caranci - 4 votes St.11ina - 2 vote Mr. Eugene Caranci was voted to fill the unexpired term of Robert Connors. L.H.A. VACANCY Mayor Waschak reported that there was APPOINTMENT only one applicant for the L.H.A. va- cancy, Mrs. Vera Taylor. Councilman Mario moved that Vera lame bea�fnted to fill the unexpired term of mid Stahl.on Housing Authority. S.cxmded by Ccum il- mrt Barry. !tam carriad. LIBRARY BOARD Mayor Waschak stated that the Library APPOINTMENT Board is requesting that Cece Olsen be appointed to the Library Board. Councilman berry moved that Cece Olsen be appointed to the Library Board. Se- conded by Councilman Dicarlo. Nation t carried.
