Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. PADILLA AG 1T Councilman DiCario moved that the Mayor WATER PURCHASE be authorized to sign the Padilla Agree- ment for the purchase of water shares. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. BUSH LEASE AGREEMENT Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Mayor WATER be authorized to sign the Bush - Parkinson water shares lease agreement. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried.by a 5 - 1 vote. DOROTHY HOGAN AGREEMENT Councilman Berry moved that the Mayor WATER PURCHASE be authorized to sign the Dozothy Hogan Agree- sent for water purchase. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. MICHAEL HOGAN AGREEMENT Councilman Caranci moved that the Mayor WATER PURCHASE be authorized to sign the Michael Hogan agreement for water purchase. Seconded by Councilman Tilker. Motion carried. PELLIGRINI-PREY ANNEXATION Mr. Wurl reported that the Mrs. Palligrini- REQUEST Frey has requested annexation and re- commended that the matter be sent to Planning Commission for review. Councilman Caranci moved that the request be referred to Planning Commission for their review and recommendation. Se- conded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. It was stated that the site is approx- imately 1.0 acres and is directly west of the trailer court.
