Attorney Joss reported that this is a re- zoning ordinance for the parcel known as the Aquarius property and the owners have submitted an application asking that the property be rezoned from present Agri- cultural zoning to a proposed zoning of R-L, Residential Low Density. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing on Aquarius. Staff certification: Attorney Joss: Mr. Mayor, the ordinance was published in its entirety in the Louisville Times, and notices of the this evenings public hearing wore published in the Louisville Times on November 30, December 7. and December 14.
