Attorney loss read <br /> FIRST READING Ordinance 110. 638 ea first reading <br /> by title <br /> Councilwergier mewed that Ordinance - <br /> No. 633 be ordered published in the <br /> Louisville Times and a public hearing <br /> set for March 20, 1979, and a map to <br /> be included with the publication of. <br /> the Ordinance. Seconded by Councilman <br /> DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> MEETING WITH CITY ATTORNEY Attorney Joss requested a meeting be <br /> scheduled for February 28, 1979, to <br /> between the City Council and Attorney <br /> to discuss the Aquarius suit. <br /> Council agreed to attend the meeting <br /> on February 28, 1979 at 7:30. <br /> APPROVAL OF ATTORNEY REPORT Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br /> Attorney's report be accepted and <br /> placed on file. Seconded by Council- <br /> man Meier. Hbtion carried. <br /> crrY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br /> 14 SHARES MARSHALL LAKE Mr. Wurl reported that the City has <br /> WATER the opportunity to purchase 14 shares <br /> of Marshall lake water. He stated <br /> that it provides for three annual <br /> *payments. The cost per shares is <br /> 3 ,500 and staff recommends Council <br /> authorize Mayor to sign the agreement <br /> for purchase. <br /> Councilman Berry moved that the sales <br /> agreement'for Marshall Lake water bet- <br /> ween various parties in the City of <br /> Louisville be approved and the Mayor <br /> signature authorized. Seconded by Coun- <br /> cilman Meier. Roll call. DelPizzo yes. <br /> Kilker yes, Berry yes, Canine' yes,' <br /> DiCarlo yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. <br /> SOLAR HEATING SYSTEM Mr. Wurl reported that the company the <br /> CONTRACT City contracted to put in the solar <br /> heating system has closed and the City <br /> staff would like permission to try to <br /> recoup the $4,000 invested in solar <br /> collectors by reselling them and that <br /> the contract be terminated. <br /> Mr. Wurl stated that Attorney Rautenstraus <br /> has recommend termination of the contract. <br /> and that Director of Parka & Rec. , Dave <br /> Stahl, requests that the plans be looked <br /> at again before another decision is made. <br />
