DiCarlo no, Caranci yes, Meier yes, Kilker yes, Berry yes. Motion carried. RESOLUTION NO. 4 ENRIETT+O PROPERTY Attorney Joss stated that this dealt with the final lat of the Enrietto property. tar. Lynn )uykendal l, re- presenting the applicant gave a brief presentation stating that the only change they would like to make is in the name of the plat changing it from Enrietto to the Peter Enrietto Subdivision. Attorney Joss read Resolution #4, Series 1979 on the Peter Enrietto final tat. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Resol- ution #4, Series 1979, be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Roll call . DiCarlo yes, Kilker yes, Berry yea, Caranci yes, Maier.yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 637 All members of Council had before them CENTENNIAL VALLEY ANNEXATION a copy of Ordinance No. 637 for their REQUEST review and files, Attorney Joss read FIRST READING Ordinance No. 637 on first reading by title only. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance #637 be ordered published in the Louis- ville Times and a public hearing be set for March 20, 1979. Seconded by Councilman Caranci.. Notion carried. Councilman Meier requested that the revised impact statement be supplied prior to the meeting. ::r. Drumm reported that it would be distributed as soon as it is ready. which should be done the week of Feb. 26. 1979.
