Councilman DelPizso stated that a . . similar situation had been presented which was voted dorm and felt that this is the same. Councilman DiCarlo stated that in the first case there had been a discrepancey on the property lines. After discussion Attorney Joss read Resolution #8 in full. Councilman Meier moved that Resolution No. 8 Series 1979 be alopted. Seconded by Councilmen DiCarlo. Roll call. DiCarlo yes, Berry yes, Kilker yes, Caranci yes, Meier yes DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 639 All members of Council had before them FIRST READING a copy of Ordinance No. 639 for their SUaDIVISI01� & ZONING review and files. REGULATIONS Attorney Joss read the Ordinance #639 on first reeding by title only. Dennis Drumm reviewed the changes pro- posed in the ordinance. After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance No. 639 be ordered published and a public hearing be set for May 15, 1979. Seconded by Coun- cilman Meier. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 640 All members of Council had before them FIRST READING a copy of Ordinance No. 640 for their re- PELLICRINI-PREY view and files. ANNEXATION REQUEST Attorney Joss read the Ordinaca #640 on first reading by title only, stating that the property is located on So. Boulder Road west of the Trailer Park and contains approximately 1.38 acres. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance No. 640 be ordered published and a public hearing be set for May 15, 1979. Se- conded by Councilman Kilker. Motion carried.
