Mayor <br /> Waschak referred the questioning to Council. <br /> Councilman Meier asked about the time limit <br /> on the tree program. <br /> Mr. Drumm stated that at present it is be- <br /> hind schedule. There are Haan tress that <br /> need to be replaced along with the new <br /> trees and they hope to have it done within <br /> the next several weeks. <br /> Mr. Drumm included that the certificates <br /> would be honored even if it took a year <br /> to get the tree. <br /> With no other discussion Mayor Waschak <br /> closed the public hearing. <br /> Attorney Joss stated that if Council <br /> chooses to include the amendment, it should <br /> be acted upon first by a separate motion. <br /> Councilman Berry moved that the amendment <br /> ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT to Ordinance No. 639 adding scion 13 <br /> and 14 be adopted. Seconded by Council- <br /> man Meier. Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance No. <br /> 639 be adopted as amended. Seconded by <br /> • Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 640 Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 640 on <br /> PELLIGRINI-FREY second reading by title only. <br /> ANNEXATION PUBLIC Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br /> HEARING Attorney Joss certified that the ordinance <br /> and notice of public hearing have been <br /> properly published. <br />
