Se- <br /> conded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. <br /> Caranci yes, Meier yes, Berry yes, Kilker <br /> yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 641 Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 641 on <br /> PELUIGRINI-FREY second reading by title only. <br /> ZONING PUBLIC HEARING Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br /> Attorney Joss certified that the ordinance <br /> and notice of public hearing have been pro- <br /> perly published. <br /> There were no commente, Mayor Waschak closed <br /> the public hearing. <br /> Councilman Meier stated that he would like <br /> to see a RM zoning instead of RH. <br /> Mr. Drumm stated that he felt that either ' <br /> the RM or RH density would be appropriate <br /> and that the RH zoning would not have an <br /> affect on adjacent lend uses. <br /> After discussion Councilman DelPizzo moved <br /> that Ordinance No. 641 be adopted. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Meier. Roll call. Berry <br /> yes , DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, Canine/ no, <br /> Kilker no, Meier yes. Motion carried. <br /> RESCHEDULING OF CITY Councilman DiCarlo moved that the June 19, <br /> COUNCIL MEETING 1979 Council meeting be rescheduled for <br /> June 26, 1979. . Seconded by Councilman <br /> Caranci. Motion carried. <br />
