• 4111 ge 5 - Minutes y 15, 1979 • OXIMANCE NO. 640 CONTINUED Mr. Drums reported that the annexation and zoning requests be approved by the City Council. There ware no comments for or against the ordinance. Councilman Meier questioned the zoning request. Mr. Drum stated that the request was made by the applicant. Councilman Caranci asked about the possibility of Methane gas. Mr. Drumm stated that he was not aware of the possiblity and stated that at the time of a building permit a soils test would have to be done. After discussion Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance No. 640 be adopted. Se- conded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. Caranci yes, Meier yes, Berry yes, Kilker yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 641 Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 641 on PELUIGRINI-FREY second reading by title only. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. Attorney Joss certified that the ordinance and notice of public hearing have been pro- perly published. There were no commente, Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing. Councilman Meier stated that he would like to see a RM zoning instead of RH. Mr. Drumm stated that he felt that either ' the RM or RH density would be appropriate and that the RH zoning would not have an affect on adjacent lend uses. After discussion Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance No. 641 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call. Berry yes , DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, Canine/ no, Kilker no, Meier yes. Motion carried. RESCHEDULING OF CITY Councilman DiCarlo moved that the June 19, COUNCIL MEETING 1979 Council meeting be rescheduled for June 26, 1979. . Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion carried.
