Motion carried. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 648 Attorney Joss read Ordinance No 648 <br /> CEMETERY RULES & on second reading by title only. <br /> REGULATIONS Councilman DelPizzo waved that Ordinance <br /> SECOND READING No. 648 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- <br /> cilman Meier. Roll call. DelPizzo <br /> yes, Caranci yes, Berry yes, DiCarlo yes, <br /> Kilker yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13 Attorney Joss read Resolution No. 13, <br /> CENTENNIAL PLAT Series 1979. <br /> & P.U.D. Mr. Paul Brooks, representing Mr. Bill <br /> • <br /> Suitts, introduced Jim Hillhouse the <br /> architect and planner for the plat. <br /> Mr. Hillhouse stated that the plat in- <br /> cluded approximately 137 acres. He <br /> stated that some homes will be patio homes <br /> on lots of about 4,500 sq. ft. and the <br /> others will be standard dwellings on lots <br /> of approximately 7,500 sq. ft. <br /> He stated that they have precluded the <br /> the construction of Lois Drive; however, <br /> they are reserving the right of the City <br /> to extend that street if ever necessary. <br /> He also noted that they have worked with <br /> the fire department for emergency access <br /> and have worked with he City staff.in <br /> their concerns. <br /> Mr. Hillhouse reported that there will be <br /> City owned open space and also private <br /> open space which will be maintained by <br /> a Home Owners Association. <br /> • Mr. Hillhouse stated that they have agreed <br /> not to develope west of the elementary <br /> school until the Pine Street extension is <br /> resolved. <br /> Councilman.Meier asked about the drainage <br /> of the development. <br /> Mr. Drumm stated that the drainage plan <br /> has been reviewed by the City staff and <br /> is satisfactory. He stated that the plan <br /> includes more small detention ponds to <br /> slow the water flow. <br /> After comments Councilman DiCarlo moved <br /> that Resolution No. 13, Series 1979, be <br /> adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />
