Hs also stated that she would like to com- pliment Council on their study of the Centennial Valley annexation and also for listening to both sides of the issue. ORDINANCE NO. 644 & 645 Attorney Joss read Ordinances No. 644 NELLE GREEN and 645 on second reading by title only. ANNEXATION & ZONING He stated that the ordinances were pub- REQUEST:: fished in their entirety on May 17, 1979, PUBLIC HEARING and the notice for public hearing was published on May 24, 1979 and May 31, 1979. The approximate acreage of annexation is 1.5 acres. - . Mk. Russ Green, representing his mother Nell. Green, stated that the first plans was to subdivide; this included the problem of access to the development. Mr. Green stated that the new request is to be annexed and build only one home for Mrs. Green's granddaughter. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. Mr. Tom Zukitas asked about the problem of property access. Mr. Drumm stated that the problem will need to be resolved only at the time of subdividing. The construction of one home would not cause any problems.with street access. Councilman Meier requested that a note be made in the annexation agreement that the road problem would need to be resolved before subdivision. After comments Mayor Weechak closed the public hearing. ORDINANCE NO. 644 Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance No. 644 be adopted. Seconded by Council- man Meier. Roll call. DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes, Berry yes , DelPizzo yes . Kilker yes, Meier yes.
