; GULAR MEETING INTISVILLE CITY COUNCIL I' JULY 17 1979 <br /> ":1yor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- <br /> ing Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Caranci, Kilker <br /> .end DelPisso. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney <br /> loss , City Planner Drumm, City Parks & Rec. Director Stahl,. City <br /> ..-ineer Richardson, City Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OP MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the 1 <br /> minutes of the July 3, 1979 council <br /> ,meeting as presented. <br /> ENCLOSURERS Councilman DiCarlo moved that anclosurers <br /> be accepted and brought up under the pro- ' <br /> per head of business. Seconded by <br /> Councilman DelPizzo. Notion carried. <br /> +;OUNCIL ITEMS <br /> YLATIRON PAVING CO. PAY Councilman Berry requested that recoil- <br /> FIST. #4 INDUSTRIAL PARK mendations from the City Engineer be <br /> included with the pay estimates as in <br /> • the past. <br /> Councilman Berry moved that Flatiron <br /> Pay Estimate, in the amount of $9,479.02 <br /> be approved. Seconded by Councilman <br /> DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> HERMAN FAUSON ANNEXATION Councilman Berry moved that the Fauson <br /> REQUEST annexation request be referred to <br /> Planning Commission for their review <br /> and recommendation. Seconded by Coun- <br /> cilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE Attorney Joss reported that the application <br /> LUKEMIA SOCIETY was in order and that all notice of <br /> public hearing were properly published. <br /> He noted that the date is August 4, 1979 <br /> for a 3.2% beer license to be sold at <br /> Miner's Field during a benefit baseball <br /> game, beginning at 7AM until midnight. <br /> Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br /> Thera were no comments for or against. <br /> The public hearing was closed. <br /> Councilman Meier moved that the special <br /> event 3.27'. beer license be approved for <br /> the Lukemia Society, Bill Elrod, Trustee. <br /> Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br /> JaD1NANCE NO. 649 Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 649 on <br /> qiCiiFILL ANNEXATION second reading by title only. He reported <br /> : COND READING that the ordinance was published in its <br /> entirety on June 27, 1979, and notices <br /> of public hearing were published on <br /> July 4, and July 11 , 1979. <br /> Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br /> MINUTES <br /> _ ______ <br />
