r :•k:ber 27, 1979 • •nutes - page 7 CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT PARADISE ACRES WATER REQUEST Mr. Wurl requested that this be tabled TABLED as the residents of Paradis Acres would • like to meet with him to discuss a possible annexation. XUYXEWDALL WATER SERVICE Mr. Wurl reported that when the nerr REQUEST line was going in at Continental View persons on the outer area were con- tacted about possible water service. Mr. Lynn Kuykendall returned the letter requesting possible service. Council voiced their concerns about the City going over the Mesa which they had publically stated that they would not, and Mr. Kuykendall's lot sits at the edge and over the west side. Councilman DelPizzo felt that since they were in that area and others were allowed the water, he felt it fair they be ser- viced. After discussion Councilman Meier moved that the Lynn Kuykendall water service request be denied. Seconded by Council- man DiCarlo. Roll call vote. DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo no, Meier yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, Berry yes. Motion carried. JANUARY MEETING RESCHEDULE Mr. Wurl noted that the first meeting in January falls on the first and re- quested that Council take action to reschedule it. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Jan- uary 1, 1980 meeting be rescheduled for January 2, 1980. Seconded by Council- man Berry. Motion carried. REPORT ON HIGHWAY MEETING Mr. Wurl reported that he and Mr. Rupp attended the State Highway meeting to request that the Superior interchange to HWY 36 be placed on the priority list. He stated that they did not take any action on the issue at the time of the hearing. APPROVAL CITY ADMINISTRATOR Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City REPORT Administrators report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion 4*rried.
