N oc her 27, 1979 rtes page i • CITY ATTORNEY REPORT ORDINANCE NO. 666 Attorney Joss reported that the ordinance BUDGET APPROPRIATION had been properly published, and read SECOND READING it on second reading by title only. Councilman Sorry moved that Ordinance No. 666 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- cilman DiCarlo. Moll call vote. DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes, Meier yes, Xilker yes, Berry yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 667 Attorney Joss reported that the ordinance 3. 2% SEER SALES had been properly published, and read SECOND READING it on second reading by title only. He noted that this would correct the • hours as allowed in the state statutes. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance No. 667 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- cilman DelPizzo. Roll call vote. Berry yes, Caranci yes, Xilker yes, Meier yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. RESOLUTION NO. 23 Dennis Drumm, 1000 So. Boulder Rd. - BROCK SUB- representing Eva Brock and Jake Thomas DIVISION explained that they are requesting that Mrs. Brock's lot be subdivided into two parcels. He noted that the request has been approved by the Plan- ning Commission and a letter regarding the sewer easement agreement between the two parties is on file. Staff noted that the sewer line location is not a real city concern however, there would be a question as to whether a sewer tap fee would need to be imposed. Staff noted that minimum frontage is not required in commercial areas. • After discussion Attorney Joss read Resolution No. 23, Series 1979. Coun- cilman Meier moved that Resolution No. 23 Series 1979 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. APPROVAL CITY ATTORNEY REPORT Councilman Berry moved that the City Attorney' s report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried.
