General fund (sales tax, property tax, etc.) <br /> 2. Service Expansion Fee; 40t per square foot per unit for <br /> park construction and 10t per square foot for the street <br /> tree project. <br /> 3. Miscellaneous - i.e. , donations, conservation trust. <br /> General fund expenditures include the following projects in 1980: <br /> Regal Square Installation of an underground irrigation system, <br /> (not done in the original construction contract) $ 15,000 <br /> Senior Rousing <br /> Fourplex: Instalition of an automatic irrigation system, <br /> grading, sodding and installation of plant material. <br /> (Only to be done when title to the property is <br /> convoyed to the City from the !CDC) 10,000 <br /> Cemetery: Installation of an automatic irrigation system, <br /> street paving, shop construction and fencing. - 33-00q- <br /> TOTAL ,�,$_ 51b00I <br /> Projects funded by Service Expansion Fee includes: <br /> South Park: irrigation, seeding, sod, walks, backstops, <br /> fencing and plant material (surveying, grading, <br /> and planning completed) $92,000 <br />
