Councilman Caranci stated that ides. Carnival had telephoned him about sidewalk that was damaged in front of the apartments on Front St. Mr. Wurl stated that he is aware of the problem and the City has plans to fix it, when the weather improves. SO. BLDR. RD. Councilman De/Pizzo asked why So. bldr. 4-LANING Rd. was so zigzagged in and out. Mr. Wurl stated that • portion of the property is owned by the County, money • is tight and the City has a requirement developers will improve the road as they develop along the property. Mr. Wurl stated that as grants come in the road is improved and since money is tight they have to do what they can with the money available. MEDICAL FACILITIES Councilman Carnival, asked what the status 6 ACRE PARCEL was for the 6 acre medical facilities at the corner of Pine and S. 80th St. Mr. Wurl stated that he needs to meet with Kr. Suitts who owns the property again. Re reported that he met with the hospital board and there is a possible alternative site if the 6 acre site does not work out SPRUCE ST. - DECKER Councilman Meier reported that Mr. Decker still has a mud hole where the new line was put in. He stated that the culvert that was across his drive has disappeared. Mr. Wurl stated that he would contact Mr. Decker and explain the situation and re- port that as soon as the weather clears they will begin repairs. 208 PLAN PROPOSED Councilman Meier reported that the DRCOG AMENDMENTS meeting had discussed the proposed amend- ments for the Regional 208 Plan. He noted that Louisville had given a pre- sentation regarding Superior being included in Louisville's 208 planning area. Mr. Pampu has responded stating that the plan is consistent and they feel it would be good for consolidation of the sewage plant facilities.
