Boulder Rd. <br /> After discussion Councilman Caranci moved <br /> that the City accept the deed for 37 <br /> acres for open space just north of Mesa <br /> Point subdivision. Seconded by Council- <br /> man Fauson. Motion carried. <br /> ROAD MAINTENANCE AGREE- Mr. Wurl stated thin the staff has gotten <br /> )1 T COUNTY - CITY together with the County road staff and <br /> have come up with an agreement to service <br /> and repair streets within the City and <br /> County by the two crews. <br /> He sited the street locations on the map. <br /> Mr. Wurl stated that either group can <br /> terminate the contract if they are not <br /> satisfied with the Mork being done, <br /> Councilman Caranci moved that the Mayor <br /> be authorised to sign the road maintenance <br /> agreement with the County. Seconded by <br /> Councilman Fauson. Motion carried 5 - 1. <br /> OPEN SPACE GRAZING LEASE Mr. Wurl reported that staff has reviewed <br /> the request for grazing on open space and <br /> there would be fencing necessary along <br /> with other problems. He recommended that <br /> Council study the matter and instruct <br /> Council how they should respond. <br /> APPROVAL CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> REPORT Councilman Domenico moved that the City <br /> Administrators report be accepted and placed <br /> on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
