SHOPPING CENTER HEARING Attorney Joss reported that the oral arguments, regarding the shopping center hearing, have been rescheduled. Attorney Joss reported that he was going to file a motion opposing the rescheduling. APPROVAL CITY ATTORNEY REPORT Councilman Caranci moved that the City Attorneys report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Motion carried. CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. Councilman Caranci moved that the City Administrators report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. COUNCIL COMMENTS & COMMITTEE REPORTS Councilman Fauson asked for a list of the vehicles that are driven home by employees. Councilman Caranci asked the status on annexing at the corner of north Main.
