RESOLUTION NO. 12 Ron Wells, Hillhouse Wells Group pre- AMENDED P.U.D. vented the plans for the Louisville LOUISVILLE STATE BANK State Bank, as amended. Mr. John Rupp noted that the Planning Commission hoard the request for an add- itional 5,000 feet of office space and a drive through area, and voted 4-3 to deny the request. He noted that traffic impact onto So. Boulder Rd. was their main concern, along with the size of the building. Mr. Wells included in his presentation the 4buildin size from 6,500 sq.ft. to sq. ft. , to 4 drive thru lanes and parking form 20 down to 9. The set back from So. Boulder Rd. was reduced from 40 feat to 25 feet. He noted that the building will be built in two phases, the second when demand re- quires. Councilman Meier stated that he did not have a problem with traffic flow onto S. Boulder Rd. , but had a problem with the parking spaces and backing into traffic. Councilman DelPitto stated that he did not like the idea of hase two and sug- gested that it be excluded and parking be used in that area Councilman Carnival stated that he felt that the site was small for the amount of building and traffic . to flow through that area. He also noted his concern about keeping the north side of the building open for a fire lane. Councilman Fauson stated that he was concerned with the traffic flow onto So. Boulder Rd. also.
