The set <br /> back from So. Boulder Rd. was reduced <br /> from 40 feat to 25 feet. <br /> He noted that the building will be built <br /> in two phases, the second when demand re- <br /> quires. <br /> Councilman Meier stated that he did not <br /> have a problem with traffic flow onto S. <br /> Boulder Rd. , but had a problem with the <br /> parking spaces and backing into traffic. <br /> Councilman DelPitto stated that he did <br /> not like the idea of hase two and sug- <br /> gested that it be excluded and parking <br /> be used in that area <br /> Councilman Carnival stated that he felt <br /> that the site was small for the amount <br /> of building and traffic . to flow through <br /> that area. <br /> He also noted his concern about keeping <br /> the north side of the building open for <br /> a fire lane. <br /> Councilman Fauson stated that he was <br /> concerned with the traffic flow onto <br /> So. Boulder Rd. also. <br />
