Stahl, City Treasurer Hasson and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> ACCIPTANCE OP MINUTES Councilman DslPisso stated that under <br /> Council comments he noted that the grader <br /> had done damage to George Brown's fence <br /> and the minutes did not reflect that. <br /> With the correction Councilman Carnival <br /> moved that the minutes be accepted and <br /> placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Meier. Motion carried. <br /> ENCLOSURERS Councilman Caranci moved that the enclo- <br /> curers be accepted and brought up under <br /> the proper head of business. Seconded by <br /> Councilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> FRANK VARRA ANNEXATION tic. Vince Porecca representing the applicant <br /> REQUEST requested that Council table the request <br /> for further study. <br /> Councilman DelPisso moved that the Frank <br /> Varra annexation request be tabled for <br /> further study at the applicants request. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Carnival, Motion <br /> carried. <br /> HOWARD BERRY - COAL Mir. Berry briefed Council on the progress <br /> CREEK REPORT of the Coal Creek Project. <br /> He reported that the Environmental Impact <br /> study was made by a biologist on the stream <br /> last mummer and did not comes up with any <br /> He <br /> endangered species. drilling was made at <br /> a site several hundred feet from the Boards <br /> Engineers site and additional tests would <br /> have to be made at the other site. <br /> The Bureau's study is basically complete <br /> except for the Marshall Dump site 'sachets. <br /> Mr. Berry noted that it would take about <br /> $73,000 to study where that was going. <br /> He noted that the last projected cost for <br /> the project is about $32 million. <br />
